Ordinance 6287, a request for zoning ordinance text amendment to provide an alternative means for measuring front yard setbacks in areas that are already largely developed. Staff recommends approval; ii. Ordinance 6288, a request for a zoning ordinance text amendment that includes three adjustments to the size requirements for new off-premise advertising signs to better align with new industry standards for digital billboards; iii. Ordinance 6289, a request for a zoning change from the CA-Commercial and MA-Industrial zoning districts to the MA-Industrial zoning district for Lot 5 and the North 50 feet of Lot 6, B lock 1, Gomke Estates. The Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval; G. Consider request for approval from the Engineering Department for the following items: a. Approval of the request from St. Mary's Parish to incorporate the removal of water services to building, planned to be demolished in 2017; H. Consider request from the Finance Department for the following item: a. Approval of the agreement with Dougherty & Co., LLC as financial advisor for the issuance of bonds; I. Consider request for approval from the Police Department for the following: a. Approval for authorization to enter into an agreement with Burleigh County to house Bismarck Police Department prisoners at the new Burleigh Morton Detention Center; J. Consider request for approval from the Public Works Utility Operations Department for the following items: a.
